is hiring a Regional Commercial Director
to drive regional scale-up across Asia. The mandate covers end-to-end commercial ownership, from P&L delivery and channel strategy to market expansion and in-market team leadership.
We are seeking a seasoned, commercially credible leader
with a strong track record in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience channels across Asia. The role requires someone who combines structured FMCG training with entrepreneurial agility and has led both distributor and owned GTM models. You will be managing high-performing in-market commercial teams and shaping the region’s long-term growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L delivery across Asia; drive market expansion, revenue growth, and execution
- Build the company's footprint in supermarkets, hypermarkets, and convenience channels
- Lead seasoned country commercial teams across Asia markets
- Strategies and localise GTM and trade strategies that win at shelf (trade terms, pricing, and promotions)
- Shape the channel investment roadmap and regional commercial priorities with global leadership
Key Requirements
- Over 20 years’ experience in packaged food or non-alcoholic beverage sectors with real wins in modern trade retail across Asia
- Strong execution across both distributor-led and direct GTM models
- Credible leader of senior in-market teams; experience influencing at C-suites/board level
- Balanced profile: strategically sharp and executionally hands-on
- Background in both structured MNCs and fast-growth/entrepreneurial environments
