Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
Drive structural improvements, identify market gaps, and implement strategies for growth and expansion
- Team Leadership:
Allocate sales responsibilities, manage key accounts, and implement training, motivation, and commission plans
- Business Development:
Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives for both organic and inorganic growth
- Portfolio Management:
Optimize service offerings, build pipelines for new test methods, and define pricing and promotional strategies
- Customer Service Oversight:
Guide the Customer Service team to ensure high satisfaction and tailor service packages for strategic customers
- Global Alignment:
Integrate global key account strategies into local plans to strengthen our competitive edge
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in sales management and business development in Food testing business, B2B, FMCG or related field.

A track record of commercial success in sales, business development, or strategic growth roles.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

Positive, energetic, and results-driven, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
