Automation Engineer (RPA & AI), Fluent English, 110K

Responsibilities

• Work closely with business teams to plan, design, and deploy AI-powered solutions (such as Agentic AI) that automate operational workflows and align with company strategy.
• Oversee and monitor deployed AI tools, and regularly report on their adoption, performance, and business impact.
• Provide ongoing product support for AI solutions by troubleshooting user issues and coordinating fixes with relevant stakeholders.
• Keep up with the latest AI innovations and industry trends, evaluating how they can improve operational efficiency.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to help operational teams understand and adopt AI technologies.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to speed up the adoption of generative AI across the organization, including company-wide training and enablement.
• Support additional projects or tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related business field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Background in business analysis, AI research, trend analysis, or similar areas.
• Solid knowledge of generative AI concepts and practical applications.
• Strong skills in business case development and trend forecasting.
• Ability to translate complex data and insights into practical recommendations.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong teamwork skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of generative AI approaches and machine learning fundamentals.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are a plus.
