Our client, a leading global FMCG corporation, is seeking a strategic marketing leader to join and drive the development and 360° communication roadmap for its flagship product portfolio in Thailand. The position involves guiding an entrenched consumer brand through a strategic evolution, blending functional product value with impactful consumer storytelling. The chosen candidate will define the long-range brand vision, elevate marketing standards, and leverage core consumer data into flawless, high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term and short-term brand roadmaps, creating structured yearly calendars and tactical quarterly action plans.
  • Evaluate brand health trackers, campaign metrics, and commercial data points regularly to pivot and improve current and upcoming marketing initiatives.
  • Transform product advancements and industry specialized knowledge into authentic, engaging narratives that forge strong bonds with modern parents.
  • Supervise, brief, and evaluate creative, media, and promotional agencies to secure premier deliverables and peak resource efficiency.
  • Drive complete accountability for the marketing and promotional budget, closely monitoring allocations to optimize ROI and spending efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment by partnering closely with internal teams across Sales, Shopper Marketing, R&D, and logistics to sync marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Maintain strict brand integrity while successfully managing and aligning expectations with regional and international headquarters.
  • Direct multi-channel campaigns from ideation to consumer launch, overseeing execution across ATL, digital platforms, social media, and retail environments.
  • Scout upcoming growth vectors by maintaining an ongoing analysis of market rivals, consumer behavioral research, and emerging cultural shifts.
  • Manage the delicate balance between sustainable brand equity cultivation and immediate sales conversion targets to expand overall market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Exceptional commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to convert intricate consumer analytics into profitable business strategies.
  • Over 8 years of experience in brand marketing, ideally within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector.
  • Fluent in both English and Thai.
