Business Analyst - 30-50K / Month - Digital Channels

My client is a global financial services organization currently seeking a number of Business Analysts to join their expanding Digital team, working on new features and enhancements for Payment / Sales channels.

Key Responsibilities for Business Analysts:

• Gathering requirements through workshops, stakeholder interviews, journey reviews, and data insights; translate into epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct analysis of existing processes and systems and identify areas for improvements and enhancements
• Assisting in project management tasks, including planning, execution, and monitoring progress

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience within Banking or Insurance industry
• Solid exposure to digital application / digital sales platforms
• Familiar with JIRA / Confluence
• Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese
• Highly adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
