Business Analyst - AI / Digital Transformation - 50K Perm

My client is one of Hong Kong's leading construction and engineering groups, delivering major infrastructure, civil engineering, and building projects across the region. As part of its ongoing digital transformation journey, the company is investing in innovative technologies and data-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

They are looking for a Business Analyst to take on an Assistant Digital Transformation Manager role. This position is ideal for someone with exposure to AI-driven initiatives, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to bridge business and technology teams. Industry background is open; we're seeking a sharp, adaptable professional who can understand business needs, drive solution delivery, and work effectively with application teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support and deliver digital transformation initiatives across technologies such as ERP, AI/GenAI, Cloud, IoT, Data Analytics, Mobile Applications, and Digital Platforms.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into digital solutions.
• Evaluate existing and proposed solutions, identifying business impacts, risks, opportunities, and benefits.
• Analyze and model business processes, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Lead reviews of project delivery and business processes, driving continuous improvement through digital ways of working.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and adoption.
• Support application delivery by managing priorities, resources, quality standards, and timelines.
• Promote data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Project Management, Digital Transformation, or related roles.
• Exposure to digital technologies such as AI/GenAI, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), ERP systems (D365, SAP), IoT, Data Analytics, or Mobile Applications.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, or other modern delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven project management experience in digital or technology-driven initiatives.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
