My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are currently looking for a multiple Business Analysts who are passionate about transformation and process improvement to join their team where they will be highly involved with optimising New Business system.
Key Responsibilities:
- End2End project life cycle - starting with initial scoping following through to post-implementation
- Business requirements gathering from different local market teams
- Involved functional design, development, testing, stakeholder management, system / user training, deployment planning and executions
- Identify and determine which reports should be automated, consolidated, decommissioned, etc., ultimately minimising manual labour and costs
Requirements:
- 2-10 years of Business Analysis experience within Insurance industry
- Understanding of New Business Operations - exposure / knowledge in Distribution, Policy Admin, Claims, Customer On-boarding, etc.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to decipher requirements that are may be uncertain or unclear
- Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
