The Role
As a hands-on Technical Specialist within the Platform Operations team, you will be the backbone of our local platform’s physical and cloud infrastructure. You will ensure our data centres and Oracle environments remain resilient, secure, and high performing.

Core Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Oversight: Monitor and manage both on-premise Oracle servers and cloud environments to ensure the integrity of production and testing data.
• Data Centre Management: Oversee and proactively monitor physical data centre issues, ensuring hardware health and environmental stability.
• Resilience & Recovery: Lead and support Disaster Recovery (DR) planning and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) to safeguard the platform against critical failures.
• Release & DevOps Support: Partner with DevOps to facilitate patch releases, system deployments, and environment updates.
• Interface Management: Manage the "Interface" layer, including FTP, automated storage, and platform-to-system connections.
• Incident Response: Act as the 3rd-layer technical escalation point for high-impact infrastructure and platform issues.

What You Bring

• Infrastructure Expertise: Deep experience with Oracle engineered systems and managing hybrid cloud/physical environments.
• Resilience Planning: Proven track record in DR and BCP support within a high-availability technical setting.
• Technical Breadth: Knowledge of the DevOps deployment lifecycle, network interfaces, and storage solutions.
• Language: Fluent Cantonese is mandatory for coordinating with local stakeholders and operations teams.
