Argyll Scott are partnering with a growing international business in the consumer sector to appoint a Country Manager for Thailand. This role will lead local operations, drive commercial growth, and strengthen the company’s market presence.
This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for business performance in Thailand. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with strong execution to deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Thailand business with full ownership of revenue and performance
- Develop and execute a clear commercial strategy aligned with regional priorities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across relevant customer segments
- Build and manage strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Represent the business externally with customers and industry stakeholders
About You
- 10+ years of commercial experience within the consumer sector or related industries
- Strong experience business development and revenue growth
- Experience managing key accounts and driving long-term partnerships
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accountability and drive
