CTO (High Growth SaaS Product Company)

We’re supporting a high‑growth SaaS company on a search for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing a multi‑product technology landscape spanning a high growth industry, working with workflow systems, and complex enterprise integrations. The organisation serves large enterprises and is entering a phase where strong technical governance and strategic clarity are essential. The ideal candidate would be a seasoned technology leader who thrives on complexity and wants to shape the future direction of a scaling SaaS organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and unifying technology strategy across multiple product lines
• Establishing disciplined, enterprise‑grade delivery and quality frameworks
• Leading senior engineering and product leaders across locations
• Balancing innovation with operational rigour in high‑stakes, high‑complexity environments

Ideal Candidate:

• A senior technology leader with deep experience in SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, ERP‑like or workflow‑heavy systems
• Proven leadership in complex, multi‑product environments
• Strong programme delivery and governance discipline
• Ability to operate effectively across Asian markets and multicultural teams
