Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and emails
  • Resolve queries efficiently with a focus on first-call resolution
  • Understand pension schemes and administration processes
  • Meet service KPIs and contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate closely with team members and leaders

*Pension related training will be provided

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call centre preferred)
  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Strong communication, empathy, and attention to detail, comfortable using MS Office and digital platforms
