Cutover and Readiness Manager (Contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the wave delivery model (wave scope boundaries, sequencing, entry/exit criteria, rehearsal cadence).
• Own integrated cutover plans and runbooks per wave; coordinate domain runbooks from value streams.
• Plan and execute cutover rehearsals; manage cutover command centre activities during execution windows.
• Drive operational readiness: support model, monitoring, access, comms, incident triage, and hypercare planning.
• Produce wave readiness packs and go/no-go inputs (cutover readiness, operational readiness, residual risks).
• Ensure BAU handover is complete and measurable (acceptance criteria, documentation, knowledge transfer).

Key Deliverables

• Wave plan framework (entry/exit, go/no-go criteria)
• Cutover runbooks and rehearsal plans
• Command centre operating model and hypercare plan
• BAU handover checklist and acceptance evidence

Job Requirements

• Strong cutover/release management experience in complex Tech environments.
• Comfortable leading high-tempo execution windows and coordinating multiple teams.
• Solid understanding of service management/operations handover expectations.
