KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product and CVP Management
- Own and evolve the debit card product value proposition across key customer segments (Emerging Affluent, Affluent).
- Identify customer needs, usage drivers, and pain points to inform product enhancements and CVP refresh initiatives.
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market benchmarking to ensure product relevance and differentiation.
- Drive initiatives to increase debit card activation, usage frequency, and spend penetration.
- Monitor portfolio performance metrics and identify opportunities to optimise customer engagement and profitability.
- Support campaigns and offers in collaboration with marketing and benefits teams to stimulate everyday usage.
Benefits and Partnership Execution
- Implement and manage card benefits programs across debit and credit card portfolios.
- Support CVP refresh initiatives by identifying, refreshing, or rationalising benefits aligned to target segments.
- Ensure benefits are clearly positioned within the overall card value proposition.
- Work closely with network partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver debit card features and enhancements.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in cards product management, preferably in debit cards, payments, or consumer banking.
- Strong understanding of debit card mechanics, payments flows, and regulatory considerations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
