Location: Bangkok

We are seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead the development and execution of robust demand planning processes in our FMCG manufacturing business. The role is responsible for delivering accurate forecasts, driving cross-functional alignment, and enabling supply chain efficiency. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in FMCG or Pharmaceutical, B2C environments, where high forecast accuracy, agility, and collaboration with commercial teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Lead the demand planning process to deliver accurate, unbiased, and timely forecasts.
• Utilize statistical forecasting tools and integrate market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to incorporate promotion, NPD, and market trends into demand plans.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

• Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Supply Planning, and Finance to balance supply and demand.
• Communicate forecast drivers, assumptions, and changes clearly to all stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making to achieve business objectives and service levels.

Analytics & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor KPIs such as forecast accuracy, forecast bias, and service levels, and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Statistics, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of demand planning experience in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or B2C industries (mandatory preference).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and planning system knowledge.
• Experience with demand planning tools (e.g., SAP APO, OMP, Kinaxis, Anaplan) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
