6-Month Extendable Contract

Overview
We are seeking a Digital Analyst to support the delivery of digital analytics solutions for a growing digital wealth platform. This role will focus on enhancing and automating onboarding funnel metrics (from application start to first product purchase) and developing automated dashboards that provide actionable insights into digital visitor behaviour across mobile and web channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver business analytics insights to support targeted, relevant customer communications
  • Design and implement data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
  • Optimise customer journeys through segmentation, targeting, and personalised engagement
  • Develop automated dashboards to track digital performance and customer behaviour
  • Apply best practices in analytics, governance, and controls in line with enterprise standards
  • Support efficient resource utilisation through data-led decision making

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in business analytics, digital analytics, marketing analytics, or related roles within financial services, digital platforms, consulting, or product environments
  • Experience in one or more of: customer segmentation, digital marketing analytics, pricing or portfolio analytics, or data science
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Python, SQL/BigQuery, and data visualisation platforms (Tableau, Qlik, Looker Studio)
  • Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or GCP) is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as data science, computer science, economics, statistics, analytics, or related fields
