My client is a global retailer with headquarters in Europe, currently seeking an APAC Digital Program Manager to help deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences across the region.
The successful candidate will own the regional roadmap, translating HQ priorities into market-specific requirements and delivery plans. They will ensure continuous optimization of the customer journey through strong UX/UI, web performance and e-commerce thinking.
Responsibilities
- Own the APAC digital roadmap (translate HQ strategy into market requirements; quarterly prioritization).
- Drive end-to-end digital expansion across brand.com, marketplaces, web apps, and omnichannel rollouts.
- Lead product & project orchestration: requirements, workshops/user stories, delivery lifecycle, scope/timeline/budget.
- Track and optimize the customer journey; remove friction via UX/UI improvements and web performance optimization.
- Drive e-commerce strategy using data insights, including CRO and funnel optimization.
- Stay ahead with benchmarking and market trend research; push for implementation with global and market teams.
- Manage releases/breakdowns: backlog prioritization, KPI/OKR monitoring, risk identification and mitigation.
Requirements
- 7+ years in digital transformation / digital program or product-project management with omnichannel/customer-experience focus.
- Proven roadmap management and quarterly prioritization across multiple stakeholders (HQ, markets, vendors).
- Strong e-commerce fluency (brand.com + marketplaces) and experience with CRO and data-informed decisions.
- Experience coordinating UX/UI + web delivery in agile frameworks (user stories, requirements, delivery lifecycle).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; confident presenting to senior management
- Strong APAC mindset: ability to handle localization, cultural differences, and change management.
- Comfortable with periodic travel across APAC
