Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver end-to-end project execution for the Securities Transformation Program, including study leadership, governance, planning, budgeting, and steering committee management.
- Drive front-to-back functional studies covering trade processing and back-office operations, including booking systems, settlement, accounting, risk & P&L, reconciliations, regulatory reporting, and corporate actions.
- Define target architecture, conduct gap analysis, and produce business requirement documentation.
- Act as the migration and testing lead, defining testing strategy, migration plans, and execution approach.
- Manage program governance across multiple workstreams, including operational governance, steering committees, IT validation processes, and approval forums.
- Coordinate with compliance, legal, and outsourcing teams to secure required approvals and validations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience within Securities business, particularly in Cash Equities and Listed Derivatives.
- Good understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle and finance operations.
- Hands-on exposure to Calypso and related securities processing systems.
- Experience with market order execution, clearing, pre-trade systems, and custody functions.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation or migration programs within banking or financial services environments.
