Role Duties

• Support infrastructure programs like data center builds

• Track project plans, milestones, risks, and issues

• Manage project financials, budgets, and forecasts

• Prepare and distribute governance reports

• Maintain project documentation and SharePoint sites

• Quality review for project lifecycle compliance

• Coordinate with regional and global teams

Role Requirements

• 5-8 years in a PMO or project coordination role

• Experience in IT infrastructure or networking projects

• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint

• Investment Banking backgrount NOT a must, however Financial services industry experience preferred

• Fluency in English is required, Cantonese / Mandarin fluency is a plus but NOT a must

• Strong detail orientation and analytical skills

• Formal project management training / certification is a plus
