The opportunity

We are partnered with a global life insurer to build out its regional AI Centre of Excellence and advance AI-led transformation across its Asian businesses. The regional portfolio connects opportunities across distribution, customer engagement and operations with the engineering, data and governance capabilities needed to deliver them.

As an AI Portfolio Manager, you will bring an integrated view to this agenda, working with market stakeholders and regional leadership to guide priorities, manage dependencies and communicate business value. Supported by a project manager, you will focus on portfolio-level decisions, delivery confidence and measurable outcomes.

What you will do

• Maintain an integrated view of AI initiatives across markets and functions.
• Support business stakeholders from initial ideas through use-case development.
• Coordinate prioritisation and dependencies across AI, engineering, data and governance teams.
• Assess stage-gate readiness and identify evidence gaps.
• Track benefits, delivery confidence and value at risk.
• Prepare clear portfolio insights and communications for executive, board and wider regional audiences.

What you will bring

• Experience managing an enterprise AI, data or technology portfolio.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and dependency management skills.
• Sufficient AI-delivery knowledge to challenge assumptions and assess evidence.
• Experience communicating complex portfolio information to senior stakeholders.
• Insurance-industry experience.
