We are looking for a strong E-commerce Lead for our client to grow a global Petcare brand across key marketplace channels. This role will be responsible for driving sales, profitability, and execution across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other platforms, while building and leading a high-performing marketplace team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall P&L, sales performance, and growth strategy across all marketplace channels
- Develop and execute commercial plans, promotions, pricing, and campaign calendars to drive revenue and market share
- Lead and coach a marketplace team (KAM, operations, content, CRM or performance marketing) to deliver strong execution
- Manage relationships with platform partners (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, etc.) to secure visibility, campaigns, and growth opportunities
- Drive assortment, launches, and product visibility across digital shelves
- Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion, and ROI to optimize sales, margin, and stock health
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and brand teams to ensure smooth execution and forecasting
- Monitor competitors, category trends, and new marketplace features to stay ahead of the market
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in E-commerce management in FMCG, consumer goods or related industries.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or similar platforms
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams
- Solid understanding of online sales drivers: traffic, conversion, AOV, promotion mechanics, and media
- Strong commercial mindset with experience managing budgets and profitability
- Fluent English communication — able to work with regional teams, principals, or global HQ
- Data-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
