Head of HR - Bangkok, Thailand

Our Client - a leading Global company w ith a strong presence in Thailand and a people-first culture is now seeking for a dynamic Head of HR to lead their human resources strategy and operations.

As Head of HR, you will partner with the high-level of management teams to drive HR excellence, employee experience, and organizational growth as well as helping the company shape an inspiring and engaging workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and services.
• Partner with leadership on employee relations, engagement, and labor compliance.
• Drive talent acquisition and leadership development initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR budgets.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Oversee HR systems, processes, and compliance with all legal requirements.

Job requirements:

• At least 8 years of HR experience, with strong leadership and business partnering skills.
• Proven ability to manage HR operations, employee relations, talent, and payroll.
• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to work independently and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
