As the Head of Product for ServiceNow, you will be the visionary and driving force behind the enterprise service management strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will build the ServiceNow ecosystem from the ground up, transitioning from legacy processes to a modern, automated ITSM environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Define the long-term vision for ServiceNow within the organization. Develop and maintain a rolling 12-18 month product roadmap that aligns with business goals and IT infrastructure needs.
  • End-to-End Implementation: Lead the "greenfield" implementation of ServiceNow from scratch, including platform selection, initial architecture, and the rollout of core ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management).
  • Project Management: Act as the primary project lead for the implementation phase. Manage timelines, resource allocation, budget, and third-party implementation partners/vendors.
  • Stakeholder Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership, DevOps teams, and department heads to ensure the platform solves real-world friction points and provides measurable ROI.
  • Product Governance: Establish best practices for platform configuration (prioritizing "out-of-the-box" functionality over heavy customization) and manage the intake process for new feature requests.
  • Continuous Improvement: Post-launch, monitor platform health and user adoption metrics to iterate on the product and expand into ITOM, HRSD, or CSM as the business matures.

Required Experience & Skills

  • ServiceNow Expertise: Deep functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform. You should understand "the art of the possible" within the tool.
  • Proven Track Record: At least one successful from-scratch implementation of ServiceNow in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
  • Leadership & Vision: Experience in a "Product Owner" or "Head of Product" capacity where you were responsible for the why and the what, not just the how.
  • Project Management Mastery: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies. You must be comfortable managing complex dependencies and meeting go-live deadlines.
  • Business Translation: The ability to translate complex technical requirements into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
