About the company
Our client is a fast-growing player in the life sciences sector, backed by a diverse portfolio of innovative and high-performing products across APAC. The company is transforming patient care through advanced science, integrated solutions, and continuous innovation. As they continue to scale, they’re committed to investing in people-first strategies—cultivating a culture of learning, inclusion, and engagement across markets.
About the role
You will be a strategic and hands-on HR leader to take on the role of Head of Talent Management, Learning and Organizational Development for the APAC region. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the regional Talent, Culture and Learning agenda in alignment with global frameworks, while acting as a trusted advisor to business and HR leaders across markets. You will lead end-to-end talent processes such as succession planning, leadership development, employee engagement and capability building, leveraging digital platforms and partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes. As an active member of the global talent community and the APAC HR leadership team, you will contribute to global strategy while delivering regional impact through the design and implementation of learning programs, talent initiatives and engagement projects tailored to the diverse cultural landscape of APAC. This is a high-impact opportunity for a leader who combines big-picture thinking with a willingness to be hands-on, ensuring that strategic priorities translate into tangible business and people’s results.
What we’ll like to see in you
You bring at least nine years of progressive HR experience spanning talent management, learning & development and culture strategy, ideally within life sciences, healthcare or a closely related field. Your track record includes leading regional or global HR projects that unite culturally diverse teams, and you are comfortable navigating talent platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors etc. Clear, persuasive communication, stakeholder influence and strong project-management skills are hallmarks of your style; you balance global vision with practical local execution. Business-fluent English is essential, and any additional Asian language is a welcome advantage. Finally, you thrive on variety and are willing to travel extensively across APAC.
Why you’ll love this role
This appointment lets you shape the talent and culture agenda for a rapidly expanding region and see your ideas translate directly into business growth and improved employee experience. You will be plugged into a global HR network that prizes collaboration and innovation, yet you will enjoy real autonomy and influence in designing solutions that matter locally. Surrounded by passionate colleagues committed to advancing healthcare, you will join a company that invests heavily in learning and career progression, starting with yours, and celebrating the tangible impact your work has on patients and teams across Asia Pacific.
