About the Role

In this role, you will partner closely with regional business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR support across a diverse portfolio. You will manage end-to-end HR business partnering activities, including workforce planning, budgeting, cost centre management, and people-related analytics. The role also requires you to drive and execute global HR initiatives at the regional level, ensuring seamless implementation and strong change adoption. You will navigate complex stakeholder groups, offering sound guidance on people strategies while enabling leaders to make informed, data-driven decisions.
