Job Description: HR Manager (FMCG/ Retail)
Overview
We are seeking an energetic and open-minded HR Manager
to join our beauty business. This role requires a full-spectrum HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced retail/FMCG environment
and can balance hands-on HR delivery with strategic business partnering.
Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with the General Manager and leadership team
to align HR strategies with business priorities.

Act as a trusted advisor and coach to line managers, supporting workforce planning, team effectiveness, and leadership capability.

Manage the end-to-end HR cycle
including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development.

Ensure compliance with Thai labor laws, oversee payroll and HR operations, and maintain effective HR processes.

Build a collaborative and positive culture by driving initiatives that enhance communication, engagement, and organizational agility.

Collaborate with regional HR stakeholders, ensuring local practices align with broader business objectives.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Minimum 6 years of HR experience, preferably within retail, FMCG, or consumer industries.

Strong business partnering
skills with proven ability to influence and work effectively with senior leaders.

Agile, hands-on HR professional with solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR operations.

Excellent communication in English and Thai, with the ability to engage across functions and regions.

Energetic, open-minded, and people-focused with a passion for developing talent and building strong teams.
