We are partnering with a leading global asset management firm to identify a high-caliber HR Business Partner to support one of its most commercially critical and high-performing business units in Taiwan.

This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance financial services environment and is keen to operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, supporting organizational growth and talent priorities within Taiwan
  • Deliver end-to-end HR generalist support, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation cycles
  • Partner closely with regional stakeholders to align local HR strategies with APAC business objectives
  • Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives to support a high-performing business unit
  • Provide guidance on local labor laws and regulatory requirements while ensuring compliance with internal policies
  • Support organizational change initiatives, workforce planning, and employee engagement efforts
  • Collaborate with the broader regional HR team on HR projects and transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist within the financial services / asset management / banking sector
  • Strong understanding of Taiwan labor laws and HR practices
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a lean, high-impact setup
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to commercial outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
