Immediate Backend Consultant (Java/NodeJS)- Contract- 80kP/M

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement backend systems using Java and Node.js
• Develop and maintain robust security frameworks
• Conduct security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans
• Monitor alerts and handle incident response and root cause analysis
• Maintain comprehensive security documentation and compliance policies
• Collaborate closely with IT and development teams to promote secure SDLC practices

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Java and Node.js
• Strong knowledge of security architecture and frameworks
• Hands-on experience with:
• RESTful APIs and server-side frameworks (e.g., Express.js, Django)
• Database systems such as MySQL and MongoDB
• Version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure (preferred)
• Experience in Agile development environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English; Cantonese(written/spoken) is a plus
