Infrastructure & Interface Specialist

The Role:
This is a hands-on technical specialist role within the Platform Operations and Configuration team. You are responsible for the physical and cloud infrastructure powering our local platform, ensuring our Oracle servers and data centers are resilient and secure.

• System Monitoring: Hands-on monitoring of on-premise Oracle servers and cloud environments that hold the local production and testing data.
• Resilience Planning: Lead and support Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for the local platform.
• Release & DevOps Support: Partner with the DevOps function to facilitate patch releases, system deployments, and environment updates.
• Interface Management: Oversee the technical "Interface" layer, including FTP, automated storage systems, and various platform-to-system connections.
• Incident Response: Serve as the 3rd-layer technical escalation point for high-impact infrastructure and platform-side issues.

What You Bring:

• Infrastructure Expertise: Hands-on experience with Oracle hardware/engineered systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Technical Breadth: Knowledge of the deployment lifecycle (DevOps), network interfaces, and storage solutions.
• Language: Fluent Cantonese is mandatory for coordinating with local stakeholders and the operations team.
