Role Duties

• Lead Scrum for a newly initiated product & regulatory project

• Facilitate delivery of a key system solution for HK compliance

• Act as the main facilitator for the entire project lifecycle

• Ensure project outcomes meet strict regulatory requirements

• Manage cross-team dependencies to align with project goals

• Utilize Jira for tracking project progress and compliance

Role Requirements

• Min. 5 years experience with 1+ year as a dedicated Scrum Master

• Proven, hands-on experience using Jira is essential

• Excellent communication in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Must be a Hong Kong Citizen or Permanent Resident

• PSM or CSM certification is highly preferred

• Background in financial/insurance regulation is a major plus
