Duration: 12 month extendable contract

A leading global Financial Services organisation is seeking a dynamic Integration Lead to drive transformation across its customer contact channels. This is a pivotal role bridging business requirements from Asia markets with technical delivery, ensuring seamless integration of new technologies and improved client experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead integration initiatives across regional markets, translating business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Partner closely with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver transformation projects focused on contact centre optimisation and client experience enhancement.
  • Drive the integration of AI and automation into client servicing channels to improve efficiency, insight, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee end-to-end solution design, implementation, and continuous improvement of contact centre technologies.
  • Act as a bridge between global architecture teams and regional business units, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and strategic priorities.
  • Provide strong governance, delivery oversight, and best practices in systems integration and change management.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in integration delivery or technical programme leadership within large-scale Financial Services or enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of contact centre platforms and ecosystem architecture, including integration with CRM, workflow, and AI systems.
  • Must have hands-on experience with key servicing and contact tools such as:
    • Salesforce Service Cloud
    • Zendesk
    • Amazon Connect
    • Genesys Cloud CX
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across business and technology functions.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.
