Internal Service Delivery Manager / FS / Perm / $60-80k P/M
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Enablement Manager / Internal Service Delivery Manager to join a large financial services organisation. This role will act as a key link between internal delivery teams and operations, ensuring service requests, production issues, and operational communications are managed clearly and effectively.
The successful candidate will work closely with operations teams on day-to-day service delivery matters, coordinate internal communications relating to service requests and production incidents, and help ensure incidents raised by production teams are properly understood, communicated, and followed through. This role would particularly suit someone with prior experience in pensions or eMPF, and with a strong grasp of operational terminology used in financial services environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key coordination point between internal delivery teams and operations teams
- Manage and support internal communications relating to service requests, production support matters, and operational issues
- Ensure production incidents raised by production teams are clearly documented, communicated, tracked, and escalated where required
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure service requests are understood, prioritised, and progressed appropriately
- Maintain clear and consistent communication between business, delivery, and operations functions
- Support service delivery processes to ensure operational issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal disruption
- Help drive visibility of incidents, service requests, status updates, and actions across relevant teams
- Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and aligned to operational and business expectations
- Build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders and understand the terminology, processes, and service expectations of the function
- Contribute to continuous improvement in service communication, incident coordination, and delivery support processes
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager, Delivery Enablement, Operations Support, or Internal Service Management role
- Strong experience working closely with operations teams in a complex enterprise environment
- Experience handling and communicating service requests, operational issues, and production incidents
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate operational issues into clear updates for internal stakeholders
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and maintain momentum on operational matters
- Good understanding of service delivery processes, incident management, and stakeholder communication
- Confident working in structured, process-driven environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable Experience
- Prior experience within financial services
- Experience in pensions or eMPF environments
- Familiarity with operational and production support terminology commonly used by FS operations teams
- Experience working with incident, service request, or workflow management tools
- Exposure to regulated business environments with strong operational controls
