Test Manager (SIT/UAT) – 12-Month Contract

Location: Singapore

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the end-to-end test management approach across multiple project waves, ensuring successful test planning, execution, defect management, and readiness for deployment. You will work closely with Tech Leads, project teams, and business stakeholders to drive high-quality testing outcomes and provide evidence-based recommendations for go/no-go decisions.

This is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end test management approach across multiple project waves (SIT/UAT), ensuring test readiness and disciplined execution.
• Define and maintain the overall test strategy, including scope, test cycles, environments, test data, and entry/exit criteria.
• Develop and manage wave-level test plans, coordinating execution with Tech Leads and testing teams.
• Lead defect triage sessions, including defect prioritisation, severity assessment, ageing management, and retesting activities.
• Ensure test environments and test data are planned, tracked, and available to support testing activities.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular reporting on coverage, pass rates, defect trends, and residual risks.
• Support wave go/no-go decisions by providing test readiness assessments and test exit recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvements across testing activities by implementing lessons learned, standardising templates, and identifying opportunities for test automation.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing testing for large-scale integration, transformation, or migration programmes.
• Strong experience in Test Management, SIT, UAT, and defect lifecycle management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), ALM, or qTest.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid project delivery environments is preferred.
