Lead Business Analyst (Insurance) - 68K / Month

My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst who is passionate about transformation and process improvement to join their team where they will be highly involved with transforming multiple markets ways of working and approach to business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• End2End project life cycle - starting with initial scoping following through to post-implementation
• Involved functional design, development, testing, stakeholder management, system / user training, deployment planning and execution
• Business requirements gathering from different local market teams
• Looking at gaps in processes and process re-engineering

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Solid experience in Insurance industry
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to decipher requirements that are may be uncertain or unclear
• Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
