Lead Full Stack Engineer Remote (React/TypeScript/GraphQL/AWS)

We are a looking for hands-on Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to join interesting projects. Ideally someone with product-led tech company background. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our scalable cloud-first applications, driving platform health, and mentoring a team of 4+ engineers. You’ll work closely others to deliver high-impact technical solutions in a modern, agile environment.

• Location: Remote (Singapore/KL)
• Type: Full-time Contract - 12 Months Extendable Contract
• Tech Stack: React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, OpenSearch

What You’ll Do

• Architect, build, and operate scalable web applications using React, Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, AWS, and OpenSearch
• Lead technical decision-making and drive DevOps culture within the team
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical coaching
• Be the technical go-to for incident resolution and production health
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Architecture, Security, and Product
• Support engineering manager in planning, prioritization, and team development

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience leading engineering teams or mentoring developers in a senior role
• Deep expertise in full-stack development with strong backend experience (Node.js, AWS, OpenSearch)
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, CI/CD, observability, and secure coding practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating in a remote, distributed team

Nice to Have

• Experience in marketplace or large-scale SaaS platforms
• Contribution to open-source or engineering community
