Position Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Developer to join our fast-growing fintech team. This role focuses heavily on User Experience (UX) while also covering UI development, ensuring seamless translation of business features into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to transform Figma designs into functional Flutter applications, delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

UX Design & Research:

  • Lead user experience design across web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate business features into clear UX requirements and workflows.
  • Conduct usability reviews and propose enhancements for optimal user journeys.

UI Development:

  • Convert Figma prototypes into Flutter-based applications with pixel-perfect precision.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.

Collaboration & Integration:

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on usability and aesthetics.

Innovation & Creativity:

  • Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to improve user engagement and experience.
  • Stay updated on UX/UI trends and fintech design best practices.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX design with proven ability to create intuitive user flows.
  • Proficiency in UI development using Flutter and translating designs from Figma.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
  • Familiarity with financial services (FSI) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work end-to-end: from conceptualization to implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with responsive design and cross-platform development.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
  • Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
