- Define and execute the overall marketing strategy for the product categories. Proactively identify emerging opportunities to drive the core portfolio, ensuring profitability and market harmonization.
- Take full ownership of the annual marketing plan, financial targets, and advertising & promotion budget for the entire product portfolio. Employ an entrepreneurial mindset to navigate competitive landscapes and achieve ambitious business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with media and digital agencies to craft optimized media strategies and consumer journeys, ensuring maximized reach and engagement within budget.
- Represent the market's strategic needs to global and regional teams, influencing the development of relevant innovations and communication materials.
- Lead and mentor a talented team, setting clear priorities, fostering professional development, and guiding their career paths to align with company and category goals.
- Supervise day-to-day business operations, including market analysis, precision marketing efforts, and flawless execution of marketing launch plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, analytical problem-solving, and project management.
- 12+ years experience in marketing, product management or brand management.
