Our client is a prominent global player in the FMCG sector, recognized for its commitment to innovation and its diverse portfolio of market-leading brands. We are currently seeking a high-caliber Marketing Manager to take a lead role in driving commercial growth and steering the strategic direction of their key categories. The primary focus of this position is to bridge the gap between deep consumer insights and robust commercial execution, ensuring that the brand portfolio remains competitive and financially healthy in an evolving market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect the long-term commercial roadmap for a diverse product ecosystem by defining growth priorities and aligning brand identity with untapped distribution channels.
  • Take full accountability for the brand’s financial health by managing the marketing investment and P&L to ensure every budget spent translates into measurable business equity.
  • Design seamless consumer journeys that bridge the gap between digital discovery and physical purchase while leading the communication framework for integrated campaigns.
  • Act as the internal voice of the consumer by synthesizing complex data sets from social listening to household panels to identify behavioral shifts.
  • Lead a high-performing matrix of internal partners and external agencies to ensure brand consistency from the factory floor to the store shelf.
  • Establish rigorous KPIs for all brand activities and lead the post-launch audit process to refine future strategies based on real-world performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing.
  • At least 9 years of progressive leadership experience within the FMCG sector with a proven track record of scaling established brands.
  • Proven agility to manage complex brand portfolios and navigate the nuances of the local market while maintaining international standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in leveraging market intelligence tools to solve business-critical challenges.
  • Native-level fluency in Thai and a professional command of English
