About the Client

• Our client is a world-leading financial services institution.

• This project focuses on modernizing Group Insurance operations.
• You will help shape the future of insurance services in HK & Macau.

Role Duties

• Assist Product Owner with task prioritization and implementation.

• Design new admin workflows for a new Policy Administration System.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements.

• Review squad deliverables and suggest improvements.

• Support change management for smooth system adoption.

Role Requirements

• 6+ years as a Functional BA, Ops Analyst, or Project Manager.

• Must have Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services experience.

• Strong independent worker with excellent prioritization skills.

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
