Oracle Technical Data Fix Analyst

The Role:
Joining the Platform Operations and Configuration team, you will be the technical lead for data remediation within our core Oracle-based financial platform. You will resolve data discrepancies to ensure that the information feeding into the Member Online (MOL) portal—including fund pricing and vested benefits—is accurate and compliant.

• Data Remediation: Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies across Oracle-based insurance and financial applications.
• Technical Execution: Write, test, and execute complex SQL and PL/SQL scripts to correct transaction errors in the core database with minimal system impact.
• Root Cause Analysis: Partner with regional Data Solutions teams and local Business Analysts to identify the source of data "feed" failures and transaction errors.
• Governance: Ensure all data fixes adhere to strict risk, compliance, and financial regulations.
• System Integrity: Monitor the data flow between the backend database and the member-facing portal to ensure 100% accuracy.

What You Bring:

• Technical Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Industry Background: Proven experience in Pensions, Insurance, or Banking technology.
• Language: Fluent Cantonese is mandatory for collaboration with the local operations team.
• Tools: Familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or JIRA.
