Platform Configuration Analyst – API & Mobile

The Role:
Sitting within the Platform Operations and Configuration team, this is a technical "hybrid" role. You will act as the technical bridge, ensuring the platform correctly delivers data to members via APIs and functional configurations, with a focus on mobile and web interfaces.

• API & Mobile Specialist: Perform hands-on configuration and development of APIs to ensure seamless data delivery to the mobile member portal.
• Environment Management: Oversee Production and Testing environments, ensuring the Oracle-based server equipment for the local database is optimized.
• Technical Configuration: Perform "light" coding and troubleshooting for mobile apps and web platforms using HTML and SQL.
• Operational Support: Support the operations team by resolving functional testing issues and platform-side incidents.
• Integration: Collaborate with Data Fix and Infrastructure specialists to ensure end-to-end platform stability.

What You Bring:

• Technical Proficiency: Strong foundation in SQL, Oracle, and API integration; experience with HTML and mobile app configuration.
• Mindset: A "coder/developer" approach to platform operations with a passion for process improvement.
• Language: Fluent Cantonese is mandatory for effective internal communication.
