About the Client
A leading life insurer modernising its Finance function through data, technology, and operating model transformation across 10+ APAC markets.
Role Duties
-
Own integrated portfolio plan across all data solutions
-
Consolidate status reporting and SteerCo materials
-
Manage portfolio RAID, dependencies, and financials
-
Track budgets, forecasts, accruals, and invoices
-
Drive demand intake and prioritisation process
-
Maintain resource plan and capacity model
-
Provide governance secretariat support for forums
-
Coach solution leads on PMO standards and tooling
Role Requirements
-
6-8 years PMO or programme management experience
-
Strong planning and portfolio governance skills
-
Solid financial management and budget tracking
-
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
-
Hands-on with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Power BI
-
Insurance or financial services experience preferred
-
Consulting background is an advantage
-
Must be Malaysian Citizen / Malaysian Permanenet Resident
