Role Duties

• Manage end-to-end project delivery and governance

• Coordinate with business, IT, and compliance teams

• Oversee project budgeting, resources, and prioritization

• Conduct change impact assessments and risk management

• Implement process improvements using latest technology

• Build and lead a high-performing project team

Role Requirements

• 5+ years in banking, preferably commercial banking

• Project management experience in medium/large projects

• Knowledge in lending, payments, or digital banking

• Strong problem-solving and agile mindset

• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

• University degree in a related field
