My insurance client is looking for a Project Manager / Change Consultant to lead and coordinate activities for the successful implementation of a recent large-scale program. This role is crucial in ensuring business readiness and fostering stakeholder engagement while driving the adoption of new processes and tools across operations in the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating change and ensuring a smooth transition to enhanced operational practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy and plan
- Coordinate change initiatives across multiple pillars of the organization
- Support stakeholder engagement through effective communication planning, training coordination, and establishing feedback loops
- Present and explain change impact assessments, readiness reports, and adoption metrics to management
- Monitor and report on change adoption progress, recommending adjustments as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in change management, business transformation, or program delivery roles within insurance or consultancy firms
- Solid background in insurance industry supporting large-scale transfromation programs
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, able to speak fluent English and Cantonese
