Role Duties

• Manage project governance: SteerCos, reporting, and risk management.

• Coordinate tasks across finance, IT, and data teams in multiple markets.

• Lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT coordination.

• Track project progress, budgets, and key deliverables.

• Bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Role Requirements

• Proven Project Manager/Business Analyst in financial services.

• Hands-on experience with Finance Systems/ERP/Ledger projects.

• Strong background in coordinating UAT, SIT, and data mapping.

• Experience with multi-stakeholder management across regions.

• Knowledge of IFRS 17 or other finance regulations is a major plus.
