Role Duties

• Manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum practices

• Integrate requirements, identify gaps, and coordinate with BAs

• Design test plans, frameworks, and manage defect resolution

• Utilize JIRA and Confluence for project tracking & documentation

• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to ensure project success

Role Requirements

• Min. 5 years hands-on project management & Scrum experience

• Solid testing experience designing plans and fixing defects

• Must be proficient with JIRA and Confluence tools

• English proficiency essential; Japanese a strong advantage

• HKPR or candidates requiring visa transfer only considered

• Adobe, MarTech, or Personalization domain experience preferred
