An international F&B/restaurant/hospitality technology/digital platform
is looking for a dynamic Regional BD/Sales Manager
to join its regional hub in Singapore.
The successful candidate profile: you already have relationships with restaurant owners, CEOs, COOs, and franchise leaders in various ASEAN/Asia markets. You know how decisions get made, where budgets sit, and what actually moves a deal forward . Your mission is to turn those relationships into enterprise partnerships.
Key responsibilities
- Win new enterprise and regional chain accounts across SG, MY, and HK (and beyond)
- Use your existing restaurant network to open doors with owners, CEOs, COOs, IT and Ops leaders
- Own deals end-to-end: first meeting, solution shaping, pricing, negotiation, close
- Support Hong Kong growth as part of a wider regional plan (not a solo country role)
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success
Key requirements
- Essential: Existing relationships with F&B/restaurant/hospitality groups, franchise operators, or chains
- A proven hunter — you’ve closed new logos, not just managed accounts
- Experience in B2B sales / BD within F&B tech, SaaS, POS, supply-chain, or digital platforms
- Exposure to regional or multi-market selling
