A market-leading digital platform in the restaurant/F&B/hospitality ecosystem is scaling across APAC and appointing a Regional Head of BD/Sales (Director) to open enterprise doors, win market share, and scale revenue across the region.
Manpower constraints are reshaping the entire industry. This organisation’s proprietary solutions directly addressing this pain point; removing operational bottlenecks while driving measurable revenue uplift and stronger customer experience.
Based in Singapore, the role reports to the Global Chief Commercial Officer and directly manages a team of in-market BD/Sales Managers across Asia.
The right-fit candidate is a well connected industry leader in the F&B, restaurants and/or hospitality sectors across APAC: someone who knows the industry networks, can unlock decision-makers quickly, and understands how digital solutions drive operational and commercial performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the regional acquisition agenda and enterprise pipeline, driving market share, volume, and incremental revenue across APAC
- Define commercial plans, budgets, forecasts, and quotas; embed discipline and visibility across the BD organisation
- Drive market-specific GTM strategies to unlock new enterprise opportunities and accelerate commercial adoption
- Improve sales effectiveness end-to-end—lead generation, prospecting, customer acquisition, process optimisation—to raise win rates and speed of execution
- Lead and develop a multi-market BD team; manage performance, sharpen capability, and oversee major customer negotiations and contracting
Key requirements
- Essential: Strong enterprise network within F&B or adjacent multi-site industries across APAC
- 10+ years leading high-growth sales/BD teams in senior roles, with clear evidence of building commercial scale
- Experience scaling start-ups or mid-sized tech/product companies; thrives in fast-changing, high-urgency environments
- Operates with a scalability and reliability mindset; able to balance strategic priorities with execution demands
- Strong leadership presence, stakeholder communication, and ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams
