Regional Procurement Manager – APAC Pharma (Strategic Sourcing & Partnerships)

We are representing a leading Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Business that excels as a commercial gateway to Asia-Pacific for global pharma products & brands. Operating as a high-growth Regional Hub in Singapore, this organization manages a diverse portfolio of proprietary and in-licensed assets across 13+ markets.

Unlike traditional manufacturing-heavy roles, this position is a Strategic Value-Architect role. You will manage the procurement strategy for a "Capital Light" commercial model, where success is defined by your ability to navigate the complex world of External Manufacturing (CMO/CDMO) and White Label Sourcing.

• You have a background in White Label or Private Label sourcing. You understand how to take a brand "from paper to patient" by identifying and qualifying the right regional manufacturing partners to produce under our client's umbrella.
• Direct Pharma Contracting Expert: This is not an indirect role. You must have hands on execution experience in Direct Sourcing—specifically APIs, and associated contract negotiations. You are a master of Master Supply Agreements (MSAs) and Quality Agreements.
• In-Licensing Partnership Capability: You are comfortable working alongside Business Development teams. You can evaluate the supply-chain viability of an in-licensing deal, conducting Cost modeling and risk assessments for new assets entering the APAC region.
• CDMO/CMO Relationship Management: You possess a good understanding of manufacturing partners across Asia and China. You know how to drive value beyond just price, focusing on Tech Transfer agility and supply continuity.

• Commercial Wit: You don’t just buy; you negotiate to win. You understand the margin pressures of specialty pharma and can deconstruct a manufacturer's P&L to find savings.
• Regulatory & Quality Fluency: You have a working knowledge of APAC’s complex regulatory landscape. You know that a sourcing decision in Vietnam has different compliance hurdles than one in Australia.
• Portfolio Agility: You can manage a mix ed portfolio of specialty drugs as easily as a high-volume consumer health line.

This is a high-visibility role at the center of a successful commercial platform. You will have the autonomy to build a "resilient supply network" rather than just managing a static vendor list.
