Regional Programme Manager – Cyber Resilience (Insurance)

Role Duties

• Lead end-to-end delivery of regional tech resilience programme

• Manage cross-functional workstreams across 9+ APAC markets

• Translate technical risk into clear business cases for SteerCo

• Present regular updates to regional C-suite stakeholders

• Govern programme RAID logs, milestones, and project artefacts

• Coordinate with country leads to drive consistent delivery

• Facilitate risk acceptance & remediation planning with business owners

• Ensure programme alignment with regulatory & security frameworks

Role Requirements

• 10+ years Programme / Project Management experience

• Proven track record in cross-functional regional transformation

• Experience with infrastructure, cyber, or technology risk programmes - advantage, but not a must

• Strong stakeholder management – C-suite to technical teams

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business leaders

• Comfortable in both strategic governance & delivery details

• International / multi-market financial services experience preferred
