Regional Supply Chain & Procurement Manager (Food/Foodservice)

A global consumer-facing food/foodservice organisation is looking for a dynamic Regional Supply Chain Manager to join its regional hub in Singapore.

Reporting to the regional supply chain leadership team, this role will focus on established markets across APAC and selected adjacent international markets.

The right-fit candidate comes with proven track record in the triangulation of: (i) procurement and category management depth, (ii) hands-on project execution and supplier leadership, and (iii) partner, franchise, distributor stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing, procurement, supplier selection, and cost improvement across assigned categories/markets
• Lead supply chain workstreams for launches, promotions, product changes, and supplier transitions
• Support franchise and distributor partners to strengthen local supply continuity, cost, and service levels
• Drive supplier performance through KPI management, negotiation, RFI/RFP execution, and contingency planning
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, marketing, finance, QA, innovation, and external stakeholders across markets

Key Requirements

• Mandatory: more than 5 years' experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or category management within foodservice, FMCG, hospitality, retail, or other fast-moving consumer environments
• Regional or international exposure across several APAC / Asia markets
• Strong supplier management, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with importation, local regulations, demand planning, and cost optimisation
